Now this is how you cover a protest. Check this guy out: Blue blazer, gas mask—and to top it off—a helmet with the logo of KQED, San Francisco’s local public TV/radio station. (Wouldn’t that make for the coolest pledge gift ever?) Shot in Berkeley in 1969 by Pierre Laplant, who has many more great photos from the time here.
